В статье исследуются теоретические и практические аспекты совершенствования управленческих подходов к функционированию социально-экономических систем в условиях становления многополярного мирового порядка. На основе анализа данных МВФ, ЮНКТАД и национальных статистических служб за 2023-2025 годы установлено, что традиционные централизованные модели управления утрачивают эффективность, требуя трансформации в сторону сетевых и кооперационных механизмов. Предложена концептуальная модель адаптивного управления, учитывающая множественность полюсов мировой системы и асимметричность интеграционных процессов. На примере интеграционных группировок БРИКС, ЕАЭС и АПР показаны механизмы реализации новых подходов. Выявлены ключевые факторы эффективности региональных управленческих систем: диверсификация производственных цепочек, гибкость институциональных механизмов и развитость цифровой инфраструктуры.

Abstract. The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of improving management approaches to the functioning of socio-economic systems in the context of the formation of a multipolar world order. Based on the analysis of data from the IMF, UNCTAD and national statistical services for 2023-2025, it has been established that traditional centralized management models are losing their effectiveness, requiring transformation towards network and cooperative mechanisms. A conceptual model of adaptive management is proposed that takes into account the multiplicity of poles of the global system and the asymmetry of integration processes. Using the example of the BRICS, EAEU, and APR integration groupings, the mechanisms for implementing new approaches are shown. The key factors of the effectiveness of regional management systems have been identified: the diversification of production chains, the flexibility of institutional mechanisms and the development of digital infrastructure.
